Privacy notice
How website service-request information is handled.
Last updated July 25, 2026.
Information collected
When you submit a service request, H6 receives the contact, company, site, scope, budget, requested-date, and urgency information you provide, plus any optional attachments. Basic technical logs may also be recorded for security and reliability.
The market gateway may use approximate location information supplied by the website host from your internet connection to determine a state and county. The site receives only the resulting area classification, does not request precise device location, and does not retain raw coordinates. Your market choice may be stored on your device so the site can remember it.
How it is used
Information is used to review the request, communicate with you, plan or quote possible work, maintain operational records, prevent abuse, and meet legal or contractual obligations. H6 does not sell service-request information.
Attachments
Attachments are checked against allowed formats and stored separately from notification email. ZIP archives are inspected without executing their contents. Automated controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every harmful file will be detected. Do not upload passwords, private keys, payment-card data, medical records, or unrelated confidential information.
Sharing and service providers
H6 may use infrastructure, object-storage, transactional-email, security, and qualified field-service providers when needed to operate the service or complete accepted work. Information is limited to what is reasonably needed for that purpose.
Retention and requests
Unfinished drafts expire. Submitted records are retained as reasonably needed for review, operations, security, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. To ask about your information, email h6techsolutions@gmail.com.
